Shimbashi Station is just a few metres away, and guests find it practical to just walk instead of taking a cab. Furthermore, restaurants, fish markets, gardens and temples can be reached within a few minutes.

The staff provides excellent service from the time you set foot into the hotel until departure. Guests commend the high quality assistance and good communication skills of the Japanese staff. They have exceeded the guests' expectations, and went the extra mile in catering to their needs.

All rooms have quality beds, pillows, mattresses, air conditioning system, water glasses, hangers, bathroom mirrors, and toiletries. Guests admire the furnishings and great modern decorations, which are not just clean but also allergy-free and comfortable.

Some guests complained of the poor Wi-Fi, especially inside the rooms. The higher the floor, the weaker the Wi-Fi signal, whichmakes it hard for guests to communicate or simply enjoy using the Internet.
